Must Have

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern or vulnerability

Develop a risk-based internal audit plan
- Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls

Evaluate compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness

Conduct on-site and remote audit activities, including interviews, document reviews, and data analysis.

Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA) preferred.

Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability work to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Proven experience in internal auditing, with a preference for expertise in outsourced/internal audit services.
